馬鞍山海典居3房套$1,438萬易主持貨14年獲利約$563萬離場

中原地產馬鞍山迎海御峰分行資深區域營業經理胡耀祖表示，日前促成馬鞍山海典居5座中層C室，單位實用面積1066平方呎，建築面積1375平方呎，3房連套房間隔，叫價約$1,500萬，日前議價後以$1,438萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$13,490，累減$62萬。

中原胡耀祖指，新買家為換樓客，見屋苑環境舒適，價錢合理，即把握機會入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於2010年以875萬元購入單位，持貨14年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$563萬離場，期內升值約64.3%。
