世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山泓碧1座高層G室，單位實用面積315平方呎，屬1房間隔，座向東望海景，單位放盤3個月，初時叫價$550萬，獲買家以$527萬承接，期間減價$23萬，實用面積平均呎價$16,730。

據了解，原業主於2019年2月購入上址，當時作價$574萬，持貨5年至今沽售，賬面損失$47萬，單位期內跌價8%。
