馬鞍山泓碧1房獲買家以$527萬承接 持貨5年賬面損失$47萬

世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示,該行新近促成馬鞍山泓碧1座高層G室,單位實用面積315平方呎,屬1房間隔,座向東望海景,單位放盤3個月,初時叫價$550萬,獲買家以$527萬承接,期間減價$23萬,實用面積平均呎價$16,730。

據了解,原業主於2019年2月購入上址,當時作價$574萬,持貨5年至今沽售,賬面損失$47萬,單位期內跌價8%。
