世紀21奇豐物業新港城中心區域經理莊瑞生表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山星漣海成交，單位為3A座高層B室，實用面積1,622平方呎，屬4房間隔，座向東面望海景。原業主叫價$2,600萬，放盤半年，經議價後以$2,500萬成交，減幅3.8%，實用面積呎價$15,413。

據了解，原業主於2018年8月以$2,867萬購入單位，持貨近6年至今將單位易手，賬面虧蝕367萬，單位期內跌13%。
