馬鞍山星漣海減價$320萬至$1,480萬獲承接賬面勁蝕$779萬

世紀21奇豐物業新港城中心區域經理莊瑞生表示，新近錄得馬鞍山星漣海1座高層A室，實用面積1,199平方呎，屬4房間隔，座向東北享海景，單位原開價$1,800萬，放盤半個月，減價$320萬，終以$1,480萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$12,344。

據了解，原業主於2018年12月購入上述單位，當時作價$2,259萬，持貨6年至今沽售，賬面勁蝕$779萬，單位期內跌約34%。
