世紀21奇豐物業雲海分行高級分行經理蔡蓓表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山星漣海2B座低層F室，實用面積765平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向西南，單位原開價$1,130萬，放盤1年，減價$114萬，減幅10.1%，終以$1,016萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$13,281。

據了解，原業主於2017年4月購入上述單位，當時作價$1,153萬，持貨6年至今沽售，賬面蝕$137萬，單位期內跌約12%。
