馬鞍山新港城高層2房議價後以$455萬易手單位期內升值258%

中原地產-胡耀祖經理表示，本月交投氣氛向好，帶動交投，日前促成馬鞍山新港城C座高層03室，單位實用面積321平方呎，建築面積405平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$460萬，日前議價後以$455萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$14,174。

中原胡耀祖指，新買家為上車客，見單位環境舒適，位置便利，價錢合理，即入市單位自用。據悉，原業主於2004年以$127萬購入單位，持貨約21年，是次易手賬面獲利約$328萬離場，單位期內升值258%。
