世紀21奇豐-張翠珊經理表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山新港城M座頂層戶單位，實用面積338平方呎，2房間隔，座向東南望園景，單位放盤1個月，開價$500萬，減$20萬，減幅僅4%，獲買家以$480萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$14,201。

據了解，原業主於2011年7月購入上址，當時作價$272萬，持貨14年至今轉售，賬面獲利$208萬，單位期內升值76%。
