世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，新近錄得馬鞍山嵐岸3座低層F室，實用面積738平方呎，3房間隔，座向西北遠望白石角海景，單位放盤4個月，叫價$945萬，調整至$883萬成交，減價$62萬減幅約6.6%，實用面積平均呎價$11,965。

據了解，原業主於2011年10月購入上址，當時作價$580萬，持貨13年至今轉售，賬面獲利$303萬離場，單位期內升52%。
