世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山富輝花園2座高層G室，實用面積570平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向西北望海景。原業主叫價$530萬，放盤3星期，經議價後以$503萬(居二市場價) 成交，減幅5.1%，實用面積平均呎價$8,825。

據了解，原業主於1991年3月以$69萬(未補地價) 購入單位，持貨33年至今將單位易手，賬面獲利$434萬，單位期內升值約6.3倍。
