世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，新近錄得馬鞍山富輝花園2座低層F室，實用面積431平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向西北望海景，原業主叫價$560萬，放盤1個月，經議價後以$545萬(自由市場價) 成交，實用面積平均呎價$12,645。

據了解，原業主早於1992年3月以$48萬(未補地價) 買入單位，持貨31年至今將單位易手，現將單位於自由市場沽售，預料獲利甚豐。
