中原地產馬鞍山迎海御峰分行資深區域營業經理胡耀祖表示，樓市交投氣氛持續正面，馬鞍山區本月至今暫錄約40宗二手成交，與上月同期相若，當中近一半屬居屋及公屋，其中富寶花園佔3宗成交，最新錄5座中層A室，單位實用面積592平方呎，建築面積691平方呎，3房間隔，日前議價後以居二市場價$390萬易手，實用平均呎價$6588。

中原胡耀祖指，新買家為用家，原業主於2000年以$125萬購入單位，持貨約24年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$265萬離場，單位期內升值約2.1倍。
