世紀21奇豐物業星濤灣分行經理胡國強表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山富寶花園12座低層B室，實用面積591平方呎，3房間隔，座向西北望園景，放盤1個月，當時叫價$468萬，減$8萬，獲買家以$460萬(自由市場價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$7,783。

據了解，原業主於2014年6月以$408萬(已補地價) 購入上，持貨10年至今轉售，賬面獲利$52萬，單位期內升值13%。
