世紀21奇豐物業迎海分行區域經理趙詠欣表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山富寶花園6座低層E室，實用面積431平方呎，2房間隔，座向西北望樹景，放盤10個月，當時叫價$400萬，減$40萬，獲綠表客以$360萬(自由市場價) 承接，減幅10%，實用面積平均呎價$8,353。

據了解，原業主於2016年9月以$320萬(已補地價) 購入上，持貨8年至今轉售，賬面獲利$40萬，單位期內升值13%。
