世紀21奇豐物業雲海分行高級分行經理蔡蓓表示，新近錄得馬鞍山天宇海1A座低層A室，實用面積947平方呎，屬4房間隔，望海景，放盤5個月，原叫價$1,300萬，獲買家洽購，減$230萬至$1,070萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$11,299。

據了解，原業主於2017年8月購入上址，當時作價$1,190萬，持貨7年至今易手，賬面虧蝕$120萬，單位期內跌幅10%。
