世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示，新近錄得馬鞍山天宇海6A座低層B室，實用面積694平方呎，屬3房連套房間隔，座向南面望園景，放盤8個月，原叫價$750萬，獲買家洽購，減$12萬至$738萬成交，減幅1.6%，實用面積平均呎價$10,634。

據了解，原業主於2010年10月購入上址，當時作價$384.9萬，持貨14年至今易手，賬面獲利$353.1萬，單位期內升值92%。
