世紀21奇豐物業雲海分行高級分行經理蔡蓓表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山嘉華星濤灣1座低層D室，實用面積463平方呎，2房間隔，座向西北享海景。單位放盤4個月，原叫價$760萬，減$40萬至$720萬獲買家承接，實用面積平均呎價$15,551。

據了解，原業主於2004年4月以$222萬購入上述單位，持貨19年多至今沽售，賬面獲利$498萬，單位期內升值2.2倍。
