世紀21奇豐物業海典灣分行區域經理胡佩碧表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山中心成交，單位為1座低層E單位，實用面積609平方呎，屬3房2廳間隔，座向東南望遠景。放盤1個月，原叫價$650萬，累減$27萬，減幅4.2%，成交價$623萬，實用面積呎價$10,230。

據了解，原業主於2004年3月以$180萬買入上址，持貨20年至今沽售，賬面獲利$443萬，單位期內升值約2.5倍。
