香港仔登峰南岸中層1房戶以$1.45萬承租

香港置業西南區港島南豪宅專組高級營業經理譚浩智表示，位於香港仔的登峰．南岸環境清幽，吸引用家進駐。該行剛促成一宗該屋苑的租務成交，上述租出單位為登峰．南岸中層1房C室，實用面積254平方呎，向南享海景。譚浩智指，業主以約$1.5萬放租約1星期即吸引外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$1.45萬承租，實用呎租約$57。據悉，新租客為中醫師，心儀單位享全海景景觀，地理位置旺中帶靜，故即使透過網上睇樓，未有親身到睇樓仍決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2016年6月以約$531.2萬購入上述單位，若以目前租金計算，現享租金回報約3.3厘。
