青衣美景花園議價後以$460萬承接持貨19年帳面獲利$340萬

美聯物業青衣 - 青衣港鐵站分行 (3) 高級分區營業經理黃俊傑表示，成交單位為青衣美景花園8座高層H室，實用面478平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位最初以$538萬放售，獲睇樓多時外區上車客洽購，鍾情屋苑交通便利，且已完成大維修，加上單位附有雅致裝修，故議價後以$460萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$9,623。

資料顯示，業主於2004年以$120萬買入單位，持貨19年，帳面獲利$340萬，升值逾2.8倍。
