長沙灣Belgravia Place II首輪銷售在即 1500睇樓客登記料超額認購逾9倍

恒基發展的長沙灣Belgravia Place II即將進行首輪銷售，昨日在尖沙咀展銷廳已見大批年輕睇樓客蜂擁而至，項目截至昨晚已錄得超過1500個登記，預料超額認購逾9倍，明晚7時正式開始抽籤。

恒基物業代理董事及營業(一)部總經理林達民表示，首輪銷售計劃於周五啟動，首批開放的148伙主要為2房及3房單位，折實平均呎價為16065元，入場價為15088元，2房單位的最低售價為532.62萬。

此外，恒基的其他新盤也持續錄得成交，包括Belgravia Place I位於1B座23樓的7室，該單位面積為264平方呎，1房間隔，成交價為495.47萬，呎價達18768元。紅磡區的THE HADDON 23樓K室，面積262平方呎，1房間隔，亦以498.52萬成交，呎價高達19027元。
