長沙灣青薈1房戶放租僅1日即獲承租月租$1.2萬

香港置業西九龍深水埗分行區域董事方文偉表示，日前促成長沙灣青薈低層C室，實用面積約224平方呎，屬1房間隔，望樓景，業主以約$1.3萬放租僅1日即吸引區外客洽詢，雙方議價後減價$1,000，以$1.2萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$53.6。

據悉，新租客為文員，心儀單位鄰近工作地方，故睇樓後火速決定承租。業主於 2015年10月以約$345萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主可享回報緣4.2厘。
