上述租出單位為睿峰東翼中層C室，實用面積約490平方呎，屬2房間隔，望市景及山景。業主以約$2.35萬放租僅3日即吸引外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$2.3萬成交，實用呎租約$46.9。據悉，新租客為夫婦，心儀單位屬全新樓，單位間隔四正，而且旺中帶靜，故睇樓1次後決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2024年4月以約$1,125.3萬購入上述單位。
