美聯物業-張曉盈董事表示，部成交的單位為長沙灣喜遇低層連平台特色戶，實用面積約為278平方呎，連80平方呎平台，屬1房間隔。據悉，買家心儀屋苑樓齡新，周邊生活配套完備，最終以$390萬承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$14,029。

參考成交資料，原業主於2017年9月以約$426.2萬購入上述物業，持貨約8年，帳面虧蝕約$36.2萬，或約8.5%。
