世紀21富山地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示，市場成交龍蟠苑D座中層4室，單位實用為383平方呎，單位為一房一廳設計望西面開揚景單位，新近以自由市場價$523.8萬成交，實用面積呎價為$13,676。

據了解單位業主原叫價為$528萬，放盤一個半月而已，最終減價$4.2萬便告成交，減幅不足1%。原業主於2017年以$499萬購入至今，持貨6年帳面升值$24.8萬，期間升值近5%。
