錦繡花園「孖屋」合共以$1,800萬獲區內客承接

中原地產-劉喜燕經理表示，近期入市信心提升，整體交投氣氛開始轉好，錦繡花園本月暫錄13宗成交，貼近上月全月錄14宗水平，屋苑最新錄得Ｉ段3街單號屋「孖屋」成交，兩單位實用面積848平方呎，建築面積均為850平方呎，新近以各$900萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$10,613。

中原劉喜燕指，新買家為區內換樓客，鍾情獨立屋居住環境，見業主提供合理議價空間，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主則於2008年以$398萬及$364萬買入單位，持貨約17年，是次易手賬面獲利約$1,038萬，單位期內升值約136%。
