中原地產新界北豪宅第四分行副區域營業經理表示，錦繡花園本月暫錄約7宗成交，屋苑最新錄得河北10街雙號屋，單位實用面積1100平方呎，日前議價後以$1283萬沽出，實用平均呎價約$11,664。

新買家為外區家庭客，本居於沙田區，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主則於1995年以$455萬買入單位，持貨29年，是次易手賬面獲利約$828萬，單位期內升值1.8倍。
