金融海嘯趁低吸納如今成為贏家醒目業主沽灝景灣勁賺5球升值97%

1997年發售的青衣灝景灣，經歷過同年金融風暴、2003年「沙士」及2008年金融海嘯，樓價曾大幅插水七成，一度被網民稱為「浩劫灣」，有人慘變蟹民，亦有人趁低吸納，到今時今日成為贏家。

該屋苑近日新錄得一宗二手成交，為2期5座高層G室，實用面積849平方呎，3房1套連士多房，望海景。

業主本月初叫價1,230萬元放售，最終以1,195萬元易手，折合實用面積呎價約14,075元。

代理指，原業主於2008年金融海嘯時期，以608萬元買入單位，持貨16年後離場，帳面大賺587萬元，升值近97%。
