世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，該行新近錄得將軍澳寶林邨寶智樓(5座) 高層16室，實用面積381平方呎，屬1房間隔，單位望開揚山景觀，業主叫價$278萬，獲綠表買家以$175萬承接，累計減價$103萬，減幅達37.1%，折合實用呎價為$4,593。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2005年9月以約$17.88萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨18年帳面勁賺$157.12萬，期間市值急升近8.8倍。
