二手市場疲弱，有豪宅單位蝕讓沽出。南區貝沙灣一伙4房單位最新以3,150萬元連車位易手，原業主持貨3年賬蝕6球。

上述單位為貝沙灣四期南灣二座高層C室易手，面積1,412平方呎，屬四房一套間隔，早初叫價3,800萬元，現減價至3,150萬元連車位成交，呎價22,309元。

據了解，新買家為同區用家，鍾情貝沙灣位置優越，見罕有四房放售而且附帶車位，便決定趁低吸納。

至於原業主於2022年以3,800萬元連車位購入單位，持貨約3年，是次沽出賬面需蝕讓650萬元或約17%。
