上述單位為貝沙灣四期南灣二座高層C室易手,面積1,412平方呎,屬四房一套間隔,早初叫價3,800萬元,現減價至3,150萬元連車位成交,呎價22,309元。

據了解,新買家為同區用家,鍾情貝沙灣位置優越,見罕有四房放售而且附帶車位,便決定趁低吸納。

至於原業主於2022年以3,800萬元連車位購入單位,持貨約3年,是次沽出賬面需蝕讓650萬元或約17%。
