觀塘凱滙3座低層2房戶成交價$928萬

美聯物業藍田區域聯席董事陳春輝表示，觀塘凱滙有「2房半」單位業主止蝕離場，以$928萬沽予同區換樓客，持貨四年帳面蝕逾百萬。

上述成交單位為凱滙3座低層M室，實用面積592呎，屬2房連儲物房間隔，內櫳企理，加上價錢相宜，吸引同區換樓客承接自用，成交價$928萬，折合實用呎價約$15,676。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年2月以$1,072.4萬購得，是次轉手帳面蝕讓離場。
