西貢Bayview Villa雙號屋累減$250萬以$1,830萬沽出

世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢大網仔早禾坑Bayview Villa雙號屋兩層村屋全幢成交，建築面積1,400平方呎，屬3房(3套) 2廳間隔，連天台700平方尺，望山海雙景，業主原開價$2,080萬，累減$250萬，終以$1,830萬沽出，實用面積呎價$13,071，屬市價水平成交。

廖振雄指，原業主於2017年11月購入上址，當時作價$1,750萬，持貨逾5年至今將單位轉售，賬面獲利$80萬，物業期內升值5%。
