世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢飛鵝山陶樂苑單號屋成交，建築面積1,375平方呎，實用面積1,194平方呎，採3房(1套) 2廳間隔，望山景，連兩個車位，原叫價$1,680萬，累減$360萬或減幅21.4%，以$1,320萬成交，實用面積呎價$11,055，屬低市價8%。

據了解，原業主於2003年2月以$310萬購入上址，持貨逾21年至今易手，賬面獲利$1,010萬，單位期內升值約3.3倍。
