世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，該行新近錄得西貢逸瓏園第3座高層F室成交，單位實用面積576平方呎，1房2廳連儲物室間隔，望開揚街景，原叫價$998萬，以$938萬成交，累減$60萬，減幅6%，實用面積呎價$16,285。

據了解，原業主於2020年1月購入上址，當時作價$877萬，持貨逾3年至今轉售，賬面獲利$61萬，單位期內升值7%。
