世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢蠔涌村雙號屋村屋全幢成交，建築面積2,100平方呎，屬4房連工人房間隔，望山景，連天台約700平方呎，物業原叫價$2,500萬，累減$322萬，成功以$2,178萬沽售，建築面積平均呎價$10,371，屬市價水平。

據了解，原業主於2016年8月購入上址，當時作價$2,350萬元=，持貨8年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$172萬，單位期內跌幅約7%。
