世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢蠔涌新村單號村屋全幢戶成交，建築面積2,100平方呎，屬5房連套房間隔，望山景，原叫價$2,280萬，減價逾$300萬，減幅13.2%，最終以$1,978萬獲買家承接，建築面積平均呎價$9,419。

據了解，原業主於2012年3月購入上址，當時作價$915萬，持貨12年至今易手，賬面獲利$1,063萬，單位期內升值約1.2倍。
