世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢碧翠苑第7座低層A室，實用面積1,247平方呎，屬4房連套房間隔，望山景，原叫價$1,280萬，以$1,150萬連雙車位沽出，減幅10.2%，實用面積平均呎價$9,222，低市價10%。

廖振雄指，原業主於1999年4月購入上址，當時作價$430萬，持貨25年至今將單位轉售，賬面獲利$720萬，物業期內升值約1.7倍。
