西貢相思灣雙號村屋全幢3房戶$1,150萬沽較2022年同類單位差近30%

世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢相思灣雙號村屋全幢成交，建築面積1,350平方呎，屬3房(1套) 2廳間隔，享海景。物業原叫價$1,500萬，累減$350萬，減幅達$23.3%，終以$1,150萬沽出，建築面積呎價$8,519，較毗鄰同類單位2022年8月成交價$1650萬，相差近30%。

廖振雄指，原業主於2004年3月購入上址，當時作價$235萬，持貨19年多至今將單位轉售，賬面獲利$915萬離場，物業期內升值近3.9倍。
