西貢大網仔村屋全幢累減$158萬至$1,670萬成交

世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢大網仔志輝徑雙號屋村屋全幢成交，建築面積1,750平方呎，屬4房連套房間隔，望山景，單位叫價$1,828萬，累減$158萬至$1,670萬成交，建築面積平均呎價$9,543，屬市價成交。

據了解，原業主於2014年9月購入上址，當時作價$1,950萬，持貨10年多至今易手，賬面損失$280萬，單位期內跌幅約14%。
