世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢大坑口村單號屋村屋成交，建築面積2,100平方呎，屬4房2廳連工人房間隔，連天台約700呎，望海景。原叫價$2,600萬，以$2,300萬沽出，建築面積呎價$10,952。

廖振雄指，新買家為外籍人士，原業主於2001年3月購入上址，當時作價$16萬，持貨23年至今將單位轉售，賬面勁賺$2,284萬，物業期內勁升142倍。
