世紀21奇豐物業 - 廖振雄董事表示，新近錄得西貢南山村一宗村屋全幢成交，物業建築面積約2,100平方呎，採四房(一套)兩廳間隔，享山海雙景，並連約700平方呎天台。原業主最初叫價$1,780萬，最終減價$290萬或約16.3%，以$1,490萬成交，建築呎價約$7,095，屬市價水平。

據悉，原業主於2004年8月以$500萬購入單位，持貨約21年，帳面獲利約$990萬，單位期內升值約2倍。
