西營盤光前大廈低層兩房戶$400萬成交升值逾3.8倍

世紀21溢榮地產 - 郭少玲董事表示，該行新近促成西營盤光前大廈1座低層A室成交。單位實用面積279平方呎，屬兩房間隔，享海景，室內裝潢雅致。

據悉，單位於2024年9月放盤，當時開價$440萬，其後於2024年12月調整至$428萬，最終獲買家洽購，以$400萬成交，累減$40萬或9.1%，實用呎價約$14,337。

原業主於1991年以$82萬購入物業，持貨34年後轉手帳面獲利約$381萬，單位升值逾3.8倍。
