西灣河萬康大廈以$300萬連租約售出

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，該行新近促成西灣河萬康大廈高層I室，實用面積426平方呎，屬3房連套房間隔。單位於2023年3月以$420萬放盤，至今年5月調整叫價至$350萬，以$300萬連租約售出，累減$120萬，實用面積平均呎價$7,042。

郭少玲續指，現時單位以月租$1.65萬租出，租金回報高達至6.6厘，原業主於2003年以$50萬購入上址，持貨21年至今易手，賬面獲利$250萬，單位期內大幅升值達5倍。
