世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成西灣河碧麗閣成交，單位為A座低層02室，實用面積288平方呎，屬2房1廳間隔，望山景，單位原開價$475萬，其後調整叫價$410萬，獲買家洽購，終以$400萬承接，累減$75萬，減幅達15.8%，實用面積呎價$13,889。

原業主於2014年以$316.8萬購入上址，持貨9年至今易手，賬面獲利$83.2萬，單位期內升值26%。
