中原西半山堅道分行高級資深區域聯席董事盧民偉透露,分行促成成交單位為西半山堅道66號金庭居中層B室,實用面積315平方呎,建築面積522平方呎,2房間隔,望城市景,業主以$605萬將單位易手,折合平均實用呎價$19,206。

盧民偉指,原業主於1994年以$280萬買入單位,持貨29年,帳面獲利$325萬,單位升值116%。
