西半山翡翠園准25億強拍

山擁有大量舊樓重建項目,個別進入「收成期」。西半山羅便臣道105號翡翠園近日獲土地審裁處批出強拍令,底價為25.05億元,對比2019年6月發展商提出申請時的測量師估值約12.816億元,高出12.234億元或95.5%。

根據判詞,恒地所持業權份數,由一開始的83.33%,增至現時約87.037%業權。項目佔地27,530方呎,現由3座10層高住宅組成,地面層作停車庫用途,其餘每層提供2伙住宅單位。恒地現時正洽購附近一帶項目,包括羅便臣道88至100號4幢住宅、羅便臣道101號夏蕙苑,以及毗鄰的羅便臣道99及99A號、西摩道4A至4P號美麗臺重建項目等。
