西半山時樂花園2房議價後以$690萬易手

美聯物業西半山西營盤站分行首席高級營業經理陳凱廸表示，日前錄得西半山時樂花園低層A室單位，實用面積約為365平方呎，建築面積約為568平方呎，2房間隔，原業主叫價約$750萬，並獲外區用家垂青，議價後以$690萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$18,904，建築面積平均呎價約為$12,148。

據了解，原業主於2006年6月以約$210萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$480萬，物業升值約2.3倍。
