西九龍維港匯1期3B座中層1房戶睇樓1次即以$1.85萬承租

香港置業西九龍宇晴軒分行助理分區董事謝正表示，維港匯新簇，吸引用家進駐。該行日前促成一宗該屋苑1房戶租務成交，新租客斥$1.85萬承租，實用呎租約$58。

上述租出單位為維港匯1期3B座中層E單位，實用面積約319平方呎，屬1房間隔，向西享海景。謝正稱，業主以約$2萬放租約1星期後獲同區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$1.85萬租出，實用呎租約$58。據悉，新租客心儀單位新簇，故睇樓1次後即決定承租上述單位。

資料顯示，業主於2021年4月以約$766萬購入上述單位。
