招潔冰表示，業主放租約一個月獲承接，原要求租金為$22,000，減租$2,000，租客為外區客，心儀此單位附有品味裝潢，原則兩房改為大一房設計，使更寬敞舒適，從客廳至房間均可外望開揚景致，環境優美寧靜，吸引的蔚藍天空決定租入。業主於2013年3月以$572萬購入單位，最新回報為4.2厘。
