葵涌新葵芳花園累減$133萬至$535萬成交持貨11年帳面獲利$189.2萬

美聯物業葵涌 - 葵涌廣場分行營業經理陳偉健表示，成交單位為葵涌新葵芳花園B座高層06室，實用面積408方呎，採2房間隔。據悉，單位最初於7月時以$668萬放售，單位近日獲上車客洽購，最終以$535萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$13,115，較最初開價累減$133萬。

資料顯示，原業主於2012年以$345.8萬買入單位，持貨11年轉售，帳面獲利$189.2萬。
