荔枝角碧海藍天$1.9萬租出業主可享回報約7.3厘

香港置業西九龍宇晴軒分行助理分區董事謝正表示，租出單位為荔枝角碧海藍天2座中層B室，實用面積約494平方呎，建築面積約667平方呎，屬2房間隔。謝正稱，業主以約$2萬放租約一星期後獲同區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$1.9萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$38.5，建築面積平均呎租約$28.5，較市價低約5%。

據悉，新租客為退休人士，心儀單位有新裝潢，故睇櫻2次後決定承租上述單位。業主於2008年7月以約$314萬購入上述單位，以現時的租金水平計算，業主可享回報約7.3厘。
